As the founder and Strategic Lead of Ten Ventures Africa, my role combines high-level strategic leadership with hands-on program development, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation to deliver lasting impact for our clients and partners. For me, human resources and business advisory have never been just corporate functions they are my calling. For over ten years, I have been deeply passionate about youth employability, leadership development, and talent cultivation. Long before formally establishing Ten Ventures, I dedicated my personal time to mentoring young professionals, helping graduates secure life-changing internships, and coaching individuals to ace their interviews and step confidently into successful careers. This passion for building people up is deeply personal to me. One of my proudest moments was seeing my mentorship hit close to home, where I had the privilege of inspiring and helping my own sister establish her own dedicated recruitment and interview preparation platform to support job seekers.
