Profile snapshot Tanzania, Mentor, Education Brenda is currently serving as the Country Project Coordinator (Tanzania) for the Women Creating Wealth (WCW) Programme at the Graça Machel Trust, where she leads programme implementation, stakeholder engagement, business development initiatives, capacity-building workshops, and strategic partnerships that strengthen women-led enterprises. Through her work, she has engaged and supported over a hundred women entrepreneurs in areas including business readiness, market access, financial readiness, leadership, and enterprise growth. Brenda is passionate about helping entrepreneurs move from ideas to profitable and sustainable businesses. Her thought leadership focuses on practical business strategy, leadership development, accountability, and personal mastery, equipping entrepreneurs with the mindset and systems needed to build resilient enterprises. Brenda holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI), a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from the University of Dar es Salaam, and several professional certifications in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, family engagement, economic diplomacy, and leadership development.
